8/10/05 - HERITAGE LAKE IN THE MENIFEE AREA COMING TO LIFE AS ACTIVITY CONTINUES
As activity continues to surround Heritage Lake, Inland Empire homebuyers are invited to experience their first or second visit to this resort-inspired master-planned community now unfolding in the Menifee area. The spectacular 25-acre lake is quickly filling up with water at the rate of 500,000 gallons per day and the recreation center is being framed, marking ongoing progress for the community’s two most spectacular landmarks.
“A tremendous emphasis on recreation and lake-oriented activity will define a Heritage Lake address, so it is very exciting to see these key elements taking shape,” explained Lorrie Yates, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Menifee Development, LLC, the developer of the community. “The ongoing construction here is also important to guests who can more efficiently visualize the scope of Heritage Lake. Watching the community evolve gives prospective homebuyers the confidence that we are moving forward with our neighborhoods and amenities. This helps reaffirm our commitment to their future and to following through with our vision for Heritage Lake as a premier environment for generations of Southland homebuyers.”
Young and growing families who want to live their dream in a master-planned community filled with beautiful homes, upscale recreation at the Heritage Lake Club and miles of walking trails are destined to find the answers here. “This community has been exceptionally planned to provide a lifestyle of rare privilege in the Inland Empire and we encourage homebuyers to discover the architectural choices now available within this vibrant setting,” Yates added.
Heritage Lake has plans for 19 proposed neighborhoods, including Standard Pacific Homes’ Bridgeport, which is scheduled to open early 2006. Two new schools, a planned retail center and planned community parks with basketball courts, ball fields and an extensive trail system with jogging paths are also proposed. Easy proximity to the 215/15 freeways as well as Riverside and North San Diego County will further highlight the convenience of this great location.
Traditions by Woodside Homes continues to generate ongoing demand. Four finely crafted floorplans, including one single-level design range from approximately 1,615 to 2,449 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start from the low $300,000’s.
Parklane by Woodside Homes is also enjoying similar success. Four elegantly crafted floorplans range from approximately 2,196 to 2,730 square feet. Flowing interiors have up to four bedrooms and up to 2.5 baths. Prices are from the high $300,000’s. Avalon by Standard Pacific Homes is releasing a new phase this weekend. Four one- and two-story new home designs range from approximately 1,950 to 2,620 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths and three-car garages. Prices start from the mid $300,000’s.
Coveted locations near the lake highlight the prestige of Lakeside by Standard Pacific Homes, which is currently slated to release a new phase early September. Five stately one- and two-story designs range from approximately 2,615 to 3,752 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, up to 3.5 baths and four-car garages. Prices start from the low $500,000’s.
Enveloped by a scenic bank of hills, Heritage Lake will present a residential oasis surrounded by scenic mountains and tree-lined streets. A tropical theme will highlight the lushly landscaped recreation center, which will include sun decks and gazebos, a splash park complete with showering ‘palm trees’ and a ‘surf and sand’ tot lot. Residents will also enjoy luxurious amenities at the 7,000 square-foot community clubhouse, which is currently planned to include a multi-purpose room for special events, a sitting area with a double-sided fireplace and a conference room.
A brand new elementary and middle school campus are planned to be built within the community, guided by the Romoland School District. A Perris Unified High School is also planned.
