9/26/06 - TRIPLE THE FUN DURING HERITAGE LAKE’S FALL FESTIVITIES ON OCTOBER 21
Mark your calendars for October 21, when Heritage Lake celebrates three spectacular fall events. There’s a great opportunity to see the community’s resort-inspired amenities – the private Heritage Lake Club will be hosting an Open House for public tours and serving refreshments from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Heritage Park, located right across the street from the clubhouse, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:15 p.m. and will also be the central location of the Fall Harvest Festival.
“After prospective homebuyers take a tour of Heritage Lake’s private club they are invited to participate in the Heritage Park Grand Opening and the Fall Harvest Festival from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., which is going to be a fun-filled day for the whole family,” said Lorrie Yates, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Menifee Development, LLC, the developer of the community. “Festivities will include a costume parade starting at 3:30 p.m. pony rides, rock-climbing, face painting, kids crafts, complimentary BBQ, giveaways and much more!”
Come spend the day at Heritage Lake, which features 29 models to tour at these new home neighborhoods: Traditions, Parklane and Reflections by Woodside Homes, Avalon, Bridgeport and Lakeside by Standard Pacific Homes, and Mystic Point by Lennar.
The magnificent 25-acre lake is now full, creating a dramatic backdrop for the community’s highly anticipated amenities. Heritage Lake has plans for 19 neighborhoods, two new schools, a planned retail center and four planned community parks with basketball courts and ball fields; an extensive trail system with jogging and walking paths is also proposed.
