The newly opened private Heritage Lake Club includes sun decks and gazebos, a swimming pool, splash park and a tot lot. Heritage Park is also open and has wide-open lawns, a basketball court and grand tot lot.

Two new K-8 schools, one now under construction are planned to be built within the community, guided by the Romoland School District; a state-of-the-art high school within the Perris Unified School District is currently under construction.
Heritage Lake is a master-planned community being developed by Menifee Development, LLC. Individual neighborhoods will be built by Standard Pacific Homes, Woodside Homes, Lennar and other guest builders. A Homeowner’s Association, financially supported by all residents, maintains common area landscaping and other common facilities. Public facilities, including school district and some roadway construction are funded by special taxes payable by homeowners. All future facilities and development plans are subject to change.

To visit Heritage Lake, travel the I-15, exit Railroad Canyon Road and travel east. Make a right on Newport Road until you reach I-215 and travel north on I-215. Exit McCall Blvd. and travel east past Menifee Road. Make a right on Heritage Lake Drive and follow the signs to Traditions, Parklane, Avalon and Lakeside. If traveling on the I-215, exit McCall Blvd., and travel east past Menifee Road. Make a right on Heritage Lake Drive and follow the signs to Traditions, Parklane, Avalon and Lakeside. To reach Bridgeport and Reflections from the I-215, exit east on McCall Blvd., turn left on Heritage Lake Drive and follow the signs. To reach Mystic Point from the I-215, exit east on McCall Blvd., turn left on Menifee Road and follow the signs. Heritage Park and Heritage Lake Club are on the corner of McCall Blvd. and Heritage Lake Drive.

The Sales Offices for Standard Pacific Homes and Woodside Homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Models for Mystic Point are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Wednesdays, when hours vary.
