As the master-planned community of Heritage Lake evolves in the Menifee area, important milestones continue to delight residents and homebuyers alike. The first of two K-5 schools is now under construction, a facility that will offer tremendous advantages when it opens this fall.

“Having convenient access to new schools is a top priority for families with young children,” said Lorrie Yates, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Menifee Development, LLC, the developer of the community. “Parents who value a good public school education should note that both K-5 schools will be guided by the Romoland School District and the Boulder Ridge Middle School is nearby as well as a state-of-the-art high school within the Perris Unified School District that is now under construction.”
