Is there a Homeowner’s Association at Heritage Lake? What are the related dues?
Heritage Lake does maintain an HOA with exceptionally reasonable dues of approximately $80 per month for maintenance of common areas, the lake, clubhouse, parks and community recreational amenities.
What is the anticipated overall property tax rate for Heritage Lake’s homes?

How big is the lake?
At Heritage Lake's 25-acre lake, homeowners can enjoy paddleboats and catch-and-release fishing. Approximately 17 acres of greenbelts and trails surround the lake.

What kind of shopping is planned near Heritage Lake?
Close to Heritage Lake there are proposed commercial centers, which may be developed. Also, just one exit north of Heritage Lake, a large shopping complex has been proposed. Please check with your sales representative for further updates.
