What size will the lots for homes be at Heritage Lake?
Lot sizes will vary by neighborhood with many yards ranging from approximately 5,000 to 9,000 square feet. Consult with your neighborhood’s sales staff for exact details.
Is there a Homeowner’s Association at Heritage Lake? What are the related dues?
Heritage Lake does maintain an HOA with exceptionally reasonable dues of approximately $80 per month for maintenance of common areas, the lake, clubhouse, parks and community recreational amenities.
What is the anticipated overall property tax rate for Heritage Lake’s homes?
The anticipated overall property tax rate is 1.8%, with Mello Roos included. Consult with your neighborhood’s sales staff for exact details.
When will the lake, clubhouse and parks be ready?
- Heritage Lake's 25-acre lake is filled and stocked for 'catch and release' fishing. Approximately 17 acres of greenbelts and trails surround the lake.

- Heritage Lake's four community parks will be created in conjunction with surrounding neighborhoods. Heritage Park is now open, Sunrise Park will open in Summer 2008 and the other future park opening dates will be announced.

At Heritage Lake's 25-acre lake, homeowners can enjoy paddleboats and catch-and-release fishing. Approximately 17 acres of greenbelts and trails surround the lake.

What kind of shopping is planned near Heritage Lake?
